Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 June 2026 · Last updated: 14 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kazzpe ("Kazzpe", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website (kazzpe.com) and our mobile games, including Binky Blitz (together, the "Services"). We keep the Services lean and collect as little as possible.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
Our games do not require an account with Kazzpe, and we do not ask you to provide personal information to us directly.
Information collected automatically by third parties
Our games show ads and use platform game services. These features are provided by third parties who may collect information from your device, including:
- Advertising (Google AdMob): a device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data, used to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings.
- Game services (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games): if you use leaderboards, your platform gamer ID, nickname, and scores are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. These are not stored on Kazzpe's servers.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress, settings, and high scores are stored locally on your device. We do not collect this on-device data.
2. How we use information
- To display and measure advertising within our games.
- To provide leaderboards through Apple and Google game services.
- To process and validate in-app purchases.
- To keep the Services working and to improve our games.
3. Third-party services
The Services rely on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob & Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Games — policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple (App Store & Game Center) — apple.com/legal/privacy
4. Children's privacy
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Services, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, as needed to operate the Services, or where required by law.
6. Data retention
We do not maintain personal data on our own servers for the games. Data handled by our third-party providers is retained according to their respective policies. On-device data remains until you delete the app or clear its data.
7. Your rights and choices
- Ad personalization: you can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Access & deletion (GDPR/CCPA): depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the Services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work with reputable providers and keep our own data footprint minimal.
9. International transfers
Our third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where they do, they are responsible for providing appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
